Sugar experiment

yesterday we had an team activity where we had to predict the amount of sugar in an certain object such as fizzy drinks. we predicted using sheer remembrance of what we saw on the nutrition label and estimated the difference between all our answers.

it's that time of year going back to thee,
for this is the first day of term 3.
you may not be prepared you may not be ready,
for this is the final time to hug your stuffed teddy.

Sailing

Sailing is an outdoor activity in which you adjust a sail to the wind to travel a certain amount of distance.
Sailing is very popular among sea scouts and is one their preferred activities.
There is a poem in scouts for us to remember all the parts of the sail known as uncle luff.
Uncle Luff had no clue there was a tack in his foot and a leech on his head.
mast(uncle Luff) ,clue(part that attaches boom to sail), tack(thing opposite to clue), leech(the outer side of the sail) and the head(top of mast).

PlayBasedLearning

I have very high thoughts on play based learning it's a fun activity which lets kids unleash their imagination.
It's a enjoyable subject but even though it is fun there is some things it can work on such as teachers joining in on the fun cause it's boring playing with the same people every time.
It's a well thought and very great fro children thing which you can do anywhere not just at Glen Taylor School.
Next week i'm gonna make sure not to be so messy and grab the blocks first or i'll have none.
I hope next week will be as fun as this week was.

today is now officially the first day of the third term of school for 2017.

after a trip to my grandparents i recently found out that when i turn 14 i am gonna go on a trip to rarotonga with my grandparents and i'm going marlin fishing.
 cant wait till the day i go to raro
